Lobster Logs are made from freshly processed fish (mostly Bluefin Tuna). We grind, chop up and freeze blood lines, hearts and fatty left over pieces from our daily operations to create bait logs that slide into Promar / AHI sized bait tubes and Roach Coach style bait systems.
